Health Check
Order a health check for your AutoResponse Plus system. Our partner will install the latest version of AutoResponse Plus with your existing data. He will also check that your AutoResponse Plus system is installed and working correctly and fix any setup issues that maybe happened when you or your webhost made changes to your AutoResponse Plus or hosting account. |

Help DeskThe help desk is outsourced to another organisation which is not part of or affiliated with AutoResponse Plus. It is therefore for technical issues only. The help desk staff cannot help with business related issues such as refunds. Business issues such as refund requests should be emailed to: service@autoresponseplus.com If you need to upgrade your system to the latest version and fix any setup issues, please order a health check. If your Upgrades and Support plan is active, support is available by opening a help desk ticket.
