If your Upgrades and Support plan is active, support is available by opening a help desk ticket.

To save time, always include the following information in your ticket.

  • Your AutoResponse Plus license number and license password

  • Your AutoResponse Plus URL

  • Your AutoResponse Plus login name and password

Always give enough detail so that support staff can replicate the problem in your AutoResponse Plus system.
